Daylight Dress No. 3 is part of a limited series of individually handcrafted dresses. All ten pieces follow a consistent construction, while each dress develops its own identity through fabric, proportion and surface.
This piece is defined by a structured yet soft green fabric with a lightly crinkled surface. The texture creates depth without heaviness, allowing the material to interact subtly with light and movement.
The fabric holds its shape while remaining breathable and comfortable, making it suitable for warmer conditions while maintaining a more defined silhouette compared to looser styles in the series.
The construction follows a more tailored approach. A full-length button placket runs through the center front, introducing a vertical structure that visually elongates the garment. The classic collar adds a sharper, more composed element to the overall design.
The silhouette is gently fitted through the upper body and waist, before opening slightly towards the hem. This creates a balanced shape that feels both structured and fluid.
Long sleeves with narrow cuffs reinforce the clean and controlled appearance, while the crinkled texture prevents the garment from appearing rigid.
