Das Werk Haus delivers parcels all over the world. Be aware that most garments on our website are created to order and ship within 7-14 business days or less from the order date. 

During promotions, orders might endure a slight delay due to a large amount of orders that need to be fulfilled.

When an order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes tracking information. In case you have not received this email within 14 business days, please contact us at shop@daswerkhaus.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Delivery normally takes around 3-5 business days from dispatch. This of course depends on your location. Das Werk Haus cannot be held responsible for a delay in shipment which is caused by: weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances which are beyond the control of our company. 

Please consider that orders are shipped excluding possible delivery duties. Customs, duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Meaning that when you place your order, you agree to pay any necessary customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country. 

Once an order is sent, change or delivery or cancellation will no longer be possible.
