Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Costs will be calculated upon checkout.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
If ordering from the Premium (made-to-order) collection, your garment/s will take 7 days to make before shipping. Depending where you are in the world, shipping can take between 2-14 days. You will receive notice via email once your item is shipped with all the tracking information. Please make sure you check your spam/junk emails so that you don’t miss this information.
How do I take care of/wash Das Werk garments?
Choosing garments that are made of durable and high quality textiles will extend the life cycle of your wardrobe. Correct washing and storing of your clothing can increase its lifespan by more than double.
All garments are handmade from quality fabrics, a gentle wash of 30 degrees celsius with no harsh detergent or fabric softener will do the trick.
Make sure you wash separately the first time. Put it in a protective bag if your garment has a lot of finer stitching or detailing. The same care instructions apply for satin items.
If your garment is leather or denim-leather, please dry-clean.
Please do not tumble dry.
What are the shipping costs?
Delivery costs in the Netherlands and Germany EUR 5; For other countries it is dependent on the location. This is automatically applied to your order upon checkout.
Orders 250EUR and above receive FREE SHIPPING worldwide!
Where are the products made? Who makes them?
All Das Werk Haus garments are designed and handmade by our in-house tailors at our store and atelier in Cologne, Germany.
Some accessories are made in store at our Amsterdam locations.
What fabrics are used? What are the clothes made of?
Das Werk Haus sources quality, new and vintage fabrics from all over the world. We do not believe in waste and therefore use every piece of fabric cut offs. One item may have several different fabrics integrated into the design and each item is unique.
