Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a refund.
Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
- Returned in the original packaging
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at shop@daswerkhaus.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exclusions
Please note that each piece is a one-of-a-kind handcrafted item. Items that show signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shop@daswerkhaus.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
