Reconstruct Bag no. 9

€215,00

This bag is a one-of-a-kind piece that deliberately challenges conventional ideas of protection and containment. Its defining feature is the perforated front panel, constructed from reclaimed industrial fabric with original metal eyelets. These openings are real and functional — small items can pass through and are not meant to be stored loosely inside the bag.

The closure system is made from recycled leather and secures the bag from the top. Rather than sealing the contents completely, it acts as a structural anchor, holding the form together while leaving the material’s original function and openness intact.

The tall, narrow silhouette emphasizes verticality and restraint. The bag is best suited for larger items such as folded garments, notebooks, or objects that benefit from airflow and visibility. It is not designed for small or loose valuables, and this limitation is intentional — a direct reference to the bag’s material origin and industrial past.

The body is assembled from reclaimed textiles with visible wear, reinforced seams, and raw transitions. Metal hardware elements and the adjustable strap underline the utilitarian character, while the overall construction remains soft and adaptable.

This piece is less about storage security and more about material truth.
It does not hide its structure — it exposes it.
