The Grainline Vest No. 04 of 10 is part of the limited 10-piece Grainline series, handcrafted in Cologne from original post sack fabric produced before the fall of the Berlin Wall. The historic textile defines the front construction, preserving its dense weave and subtle surface variations.

A vertical washable leather panel structures the center front and introduces a tactile contrast to the coarse post sack material. Individually selected buttons emphasize the linear construction, while a concealed zipper closure ensures practical functionality without interrupting the silhouette.

Compared to previous pieces in the series, No. 04 features a slightly shorter body length, creating a more compact proportion while maintaining the same architectural clarity. The adjustable back ties allow the vest to shift between a relaxed and more defined fit.

Each vest in the Grainline collection is individually assembled. Differences in tone, texture and material character are intentional and underline the authenticity of the reclaimed fabric.

Fit

Structured straight cut with slightly shorter body length. Adjustable back ties allow shaping at the waist. Designed for a close but comfortable fit and easy layering.
